Rob serves as Market President of Health Plans and has a reputable depth of healthcare experience and relationships from nearly 30 years dedicated to serving the industry.

Rob started his early career in sales with Dexel Systems, a nationally designated IBM agent. He then joined Erisco, a company of the Dun and Bradstreet Corporation reporting under IMS Health, where he sold enterprise healthcare benefits administration platforms to various healthcare payers in the US.

In mid-2000, Rob advanced into senior sales leadership and dominated the benefits administration space. He ultimately became President, New Business Development where he targeted regional health plans including traditional payers, Blues organizations, provider-owned plans, ACOs, TPAs and dental plans.

Rob earned his degree in business administration from North Arizona University.

Scott is the president for employer market and health services companies. He drives new strategic partnerships and forges collaborations with the most innovative population health organizations.


Scott brings more than 25 years of deep healthcare knowledge to Welltok with a focus on health plans. Prior to co-founding Welltok, Scott was a co-owner and led all sales for PSI, a healthcare services company acquired by Metavante Corporation in 2003. Following the acquisition, Scott served as Vice President of Sales for the Metavante Healthcare Solutions Group.


Scott holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics.

Leading Welltok’s Provider Business, Chris is responsible for advancing Welltok’s strategic initiatives and direction, with a commitment to innovative solutions, strong brand, high performing teams and ensuring client success.

With more than 20 years in healthcare information technology, at both Fortune 100 and Venture-backed levels, Chris has extensive experience driving company growth, product value and building high performing teams.

Previously, Chris was VP of Quality and Population Health solutions at Premier, Inc., Executive Vice President and General Manager at Vitals Corporation. Prior to that he held various leadership roles for 10 years at McKesson Corporation, in addition to leadership roles at Cerner Corporation and GE Healthcare.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.

Clint oversees our Public & Community Market and has a deep interest in applying data, analytics and technology to addressing the challenges faced by government and non-profit entities addressing health and social needs. Prior to serving as Public & Community Market President, he served as Executive Vice President of Wellpass, a leading health messaging company acquired by Welltok in 2018.


Clint has a strong background in the government, Medicaid managed care, and health technology sectors. He began his career in state government in Florida, serving as Special Assistant to Florida Governor Jeb Bush, and as Deputy Secretary of the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration. He was appointed by then-Governor Charlie Crist to the Board of Florida Healthy Kids. Clint joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions in 2009 and helped lead the development and launch of the Healthcare business unit. He then worked with MAXIMUS and led the development of data-driven solutions for enhanced eligibility and member management, before joining Wellpass.


Clint earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and a Master of Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University. He resides in Washington, D.C.
